The Process of Landscape Works

In this process the client can ask or consult what type of garden is suitable, what plants should be used to estimate costs and provide a budget that has been prepared.
Here, the measurement of the area of land that will be used as a garden will be carried out, data on the presence or absence of native plants on the land and whether these plants will be preserved or may be removed (cut down), the direction of the sun, the availability of water, and the type of soil.
In this section there will be an agreement between you as an orderer/ a Client and us as a contractor, both regarding the types of plants to be used or the garden model/style that will be applied.
The garden design in question consists of a sketch, floor plan, and RAB (Cost Budget Plan)
Submission of bids (Cost Budget Plan and Design) made by us, Spora Lombok Plant which will consist of :
- Design
- Type with the number of Plants and Price
- Cost of gardening/Landscaping services
- Implementation.
The cost of gardening services includes all the costs of the components used in the preparation of the garden, plus the cost of making the garden.
The design fee for gardening is 2.5% of the total RAB (Cost Budget Plan).
While the payment stages that are usually applied are :
- • Deposite Payment I (DP) = 25% of the total price paid when signing the contract
- Payment II = 50% paid at the time the work is completed.
- • Payment III = 25% paid after the maintenance period ends.
The guarantee provided by Spora Lombok Plant is a live plant guarantee and a maintenance guarantee.
- Life and maintenance guarantee is carried out for 30 days after the works/landscape is completed or done.
- 1. Land clearing
- 2. Land preparation (improvement of soil situation and condition, fertilization, until the addition of soil volume)
- 3. Planting, starting from the type of core plant, supporting plants and cover crops (grass).
